Shipping, Exchange, & Return Policy

Exchange & Return Policy 

We expect you to try your purchase comfortably in your home and let us know if you’d like a different size or color or a refund. Upon raising the query, we’ll dispatch a representative to collect your purchase from the point of delivery or any other alternative address.

 

Kindly keep in mind the following points regarding exchange and returns:

 

  1. Our return and exchange policy lasts up to five days. If the query is raised after five days no exchange or return will be entertained.

  2. There will be no returns on product/s purchased during a sale.

  3. For exchange or return to be eligible, the purchase must be unused and in the same condition as it was on delivery. This includes the availability of tags and the original packaging.

  4. We will handle the reverse pickup and only pay for the shipping costs if the customer receives a defective or incorrect product.

  5. In continuation of point five, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping cost on every refund.

  6. Shipping cost is also applicable on every exchanged good.

  7. The size or color of the exchanged purchase is subject to availability.

  8. The order cannot be canceled if it has been shipped from our warehouse.

 

When the returned purchase is received and examined, we will send you an email notifying you whether we have approved or rejected your returned item.

 

In the case of approved returns, the sum value of the purchase will be credited to your registered bank account within 7-10 working days.

 

In the case of an approved exchange, we will ship your desired color or size within the normal shipping time.

Shipping Policy

Kindly note the following points about our shipment policy:

 

  1. The estimated time of delivery of the purchase will be within 2-5 days.

  2. The delivery agent has the right to ask for an ID card for identification.

  3. We will not be held responsible if the shipment is stalled due to any natural, political, or social condition like fog, riots, religious processions, etc.

  4. An email or an SMS will be sent to you at your registered email ID or number regarding the status of your purchase.
